I can confirm that this works beautifully across the complete range on a 2x10 46/30t with 11-42t rear on the GRX RD400. Looks like there's enough left on the B screw to accommodate a 11-46t too

Converted my 650b slx 10 speed from 34t to 42t with this, fantastic idea cheaper than buying new rear mech. Have bought a 2nd to convert my 29er to 40t rear and will buy another as a spare.
