I bought this as an alternative from buying from Canyon direct for a 2017 Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 8.0 Di2 ..(Derailleur Hanger No. 25).. Similar in price but much faster delivery.... I highly recommend this retailer

As others have mentioned, the screws that hold the hanger together/in place come in from the opposite side to the original (i.e. screw heads face the cassette) and the screws themselves are slightly longer. I don't find either of these points an issue, in fact I think both are a good thing. The reason I needed a new hanger was because the original threads were stripped, I believe because the screws were slightly too short, and I don't find the longer screws cause any issues with the quick release skewer.

Very pleased with the quality of the hanger, certainly an improvement over the canyon supplied one in terms of robustness. Only thing stopping 5 stars, is the same issue as other reviewers on the length of the screws, poking out to stop the quick release closing securely on the drop out. Just needs like half a mm shaved off to make it fit properly, easy task to do but would like to see it supplied fit for use right away.
Seems to fit. Arrived quickly. No complaints.

Needed a replacement hanger for my Canyon Ultimate CF SL (No.25 reference) after the original snapped off after 6500 miles. The previous cast version broke after 2 years with quite a lot of hidden corrosion evident and I was eager for this not to happen again. A lot of research led me to deciding on a CNC replacement and I tracked down the Pilo D482 hanger. Wow!!! From the moment you open the packet it inspires confidence. It does fit differently with screws from the inside that when fixed do need 0.5 - 1mm taking of for the wheel to fasten properly - but soooooo much better the an the original Canyon part - but I prefer this to being too short! To sum up you do need these cnc hangers in your life!!!!!!

2018 Canyon Ultimate CF SL
Feels stronger and better made than the original (not yet sure if that's a good or bad thing!)
The three screws protruded by about 0.5-1.0mm and had to file them down to get a secure wheel fit.

I had a cracked derailleur hanger on my Canyon Aeroad (2016 model?). I sourced this part from Gear Mech Hanger and it fit the bike perfectly. I ordered the part online and it arrived a day and a half later. Very pleased all round!

Old hanger failed Friday lunchtime. Ordered this one Friday afternoon and was out on my Saturday ride as planned the next day. Can't say fairer than that. This Pilo hanger also seems much higher quality than the original Canyon one.
