Ordered as a spare before a tour. Hopefully won't be needing it! It arrived promptly.
A little bewildering to start with on the website, given how many there are, but managed to find the correct one before I had to resort to asking for help!

Great quality replacements on 2014 Specialized Tarmac and Roubaix bikes. Perfect; The outstanding customer service that I have also received from Andy Bray, at Gearmechhanger.com, over the years (since 2015) means that I do not intend to (or need to) look anywhere else for the products that the company supplies.

High quality replacement for a damaged hanger. The product is excellent, but so too was the customer service. Outstandingly helpful, and accommodating to my particular request. Packaging and delivery could not have been better or more rapid. Will not bother considering any future hanger purchase from anyone else.
