To help us identify your specific hanger, ideally we will need to know the following:

The make and model of your bike, also If known the model year. Please also let us know any thread dimensions on the axle if your hanger is a bolt through version.

If you would like to send us some images, we would need the mech hanger removed from the bike, and laid flat on a clean surface, then please take at least two images, one taken from either side of the hanger, showing us both sides, this will help us with identification. Please attach the images to our form below.

If you don’t have access to the mech hanger, please send us some clear images of the rear end of the frame, where the hanger sits, again one image taken from the outside of the frame and one taken from the inside of the frame (Cassette side).

Please insure the images are clear and not blurred, thank you.
