wow, this product, how did i live without it before? i mean if mech hangers like this didn't exist we'd be back in the dark ages of dead frames, crying at the side of a trail, heart broken and walking home totally dejected to the point where you consider taking up running instead.

I broke the hanger on my Verenti Revelation 2014 bike but was unable to obtain a replacement from Wiggle, the supplier of the bike.
I e-mailed a photo and some dimensions to gear mech hanger and received a reply immediately confirming that the Pilo D565 hanger should be compatible. This was correct and the hanger is a perfect replacement for the broken hanger.
After paying for first class postage I received the hanger the day after my initial query and order.
