Spares seem to be getting more problematic these days especially from mainland Europe.
Even the main dealer I contacted seemed despondent when I asked for a part for this particular bike - but he did me a great favour in mentioning you.
Fantastic therefore to find a supplier who has not only the range of products needed but has fantastic customer service to suit. Couldn't find the hanger needed despite the website being very clear - one photo/ email got a response within the hour identifying the part I needed.
Great products and great service need I say more.

Even though the hanger D301 wasn't listed for my frame (Fondriest TF3 1.2) , the website images are so clear that i was able to match the hanger. I also provided the images & dimensions of the OEM to confirm the match. The fits like a glove, nicely machined and looks great.

I had issue getting the correct hanger from Ribble directly, a friend in my cycling club recommended trying GearmechHanger.uk I found the site good to look at the different types of hangers, but it also had a list of what frames it suited. I emailed GearmechHangers who helped me with the choice, it arrived in a couple of days and fitted fine, it looks a stronger style than the original Hanger

Ribble pointed me to this site as they had stop holding hangers for my sportive bike. Made the most of it and ordered hanger for my MTB as well. Nice well made engineering products. Always useful to have a spare hanger for my carbon and Ali bikes.
Only issue I had was with the website. As was difficult to go back and check details before making payment.

I ordered the wrong hanger like a numptey, emailed gearmechhanger and they got back to me within the hour. Unfortunatly they didnt stock the one I needed (planet x nanolight 2014). Sent it back and the refunded me the following day. Really helpfull even when the customer makes a balls up.
All incoming ratings are posted by actual shop visitors / webshop customers and their content is checked by the operator by means of a visual inspection.
