PILO D172 CNC gear mech hanger / derailleur hanger

For PlanetX Tempest V1, looks just right, did a tracing for matching to original, but I have not yet fitted it as just needed to keep it for emergency use. Excellent return of post delivery.

After breaking my rear-mech hanger I contacted these guys to see if they could help me out. I made contact and was asked to send some images of my broken part which was positively identified. So I ordered 2 replacements, what really is above and beyond service is from my first email to getting my order delivered was less than 24 hours. Product was a perfect fit and I'd swear the shifting is just a little better than it was before.

I though this level of customer service was pretty much extinct.....Some times it's nice to be wrong. Can't recommend more highly.

The product is great. Fits perfectly, nice finish and supplied with the screws necessary for fitting.
The service from Andy at Gearmechhanger.com was just brilliant as he went out of his way to make sure I had the correct hanger and was able to get it delivered next day on a Saturday in time for an event on the Sunday. Can't recommend him highly enough!
