This was a second replacement for an Eastway gravel bike. The owner is a former rugby player who seems to break mech hangers for a pastime (okay, annually!)
This time he twisted his frame too, but the Pilo hanger is strong enough to accept a certain amount of bend to accomplish smooth shifting.

I had a fram with no hanger, and the shop that sold the frame could not get hold of the hanger anymore. But with a quick couple of emails to gearhanger.com they found the correct hanger i needed, and it fits stright on. Thank you to all at gearhanger.com for there help. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Bought on Friday at 1.55pm standard post, arrived next day and saved my Sunday 80-mile Ride Oxford! Completed 80-miles on it straight out of the packet so quality seems fine.
